A carpenter by trade, he is a 4th Generation Bumann of Colony Olivenhain within the City of Encinitas. He is a life-long resident of Cardiff By The Sea. Family history goes back to the late 1800's in San Diego and is a founding family of Colony Olivenhain in Encinitas. German ancestry: solid quality. His reputation was founded and continues to be known for trust, quality and simplicity that enables clients to save money. His expertise is life-long in the construction field with know-how in all phases of construction. Carl provides solutions where there may seem none, and gains trust while putting minds at ease. Carl is an avid surfer, outdoorsman, gardener & enjoys the history of gold mining and discussions on current political events.
