Depending on what changes you desire to make to your home or office, permits may be required. Contact Carl to discuss what you want to do, and possible procedures for getting plans approved by the city. Please see our web links to the appropriate government institution for additional information and requirements.

Carl can also talk to you about the layout or designing of your renovation which may save you time and money.

If necessary, he can refer you to one of our professionals ~ an architect or interior designer to help you.
